Speaking at the ceremony, Lieutenant Colonel Le Dang Khoa affirmed that he will uphold the sense of responsibility, build solidarity and unity with the Party Committee, leaders of the Provincial Police, and police of units and localities in the province to overcome difficulties and successfully complete all assigned tasks.
Lieutenant Colonel Le Dang Khoa, 56 years old, is from Gia Lap commune, Gia Vien district, Ninh Binh province. Lieutenant Colonel Le Dang Khoa has held various positions such as Deputy Chief of Loc Binh District Police, Deputy Chief of Department, Chief of Criminal Enforcement and Judicial Support Police Department of Lang Son Provincial Police, Chief of Chi Lang District Police, and Chief of Personnel Organization Department of Lang Son Provincial Police.
Also last week, on August 29, at the Department of Police Management of Prisons, Compulsory Education Facilities, and Reformatory Schools - C10, the Ministry of Public Security held a ceremony to announce the decision of the Minister of Public Security on personnel work.
According to the decision, Lieutenant General Le Minh Hung - Director of Department C10 retires; Major General Tran Van Thien - Deputy Director of Department C10 is appointed to hold the position of Director of Department C10.
At the ceremony, Deputy Minister of Public Security - Major General Nguyen Ngoc Lam affirmed that Lieutenant General Le Minh Hung, regardless of his position, always excellently completed assigned tasks, actively and effectively contributing to the achievements of the Department and the Ministry of Public Security.
Assigning tasks to Major General Tran Van Thien, Deputy Minister Nguyen Ngoc Lam requested the new Director of Department C10 to promote the achievements gained in the past time, together with the collective to successfully complete the key tasks assigned by the Ministry's leaders in 2024.
