Accordingly, in the draft, the Ministry of Home Affairs proposed to abolish 11 circulars related to the issue of wages previously issued, including:
(1) Circular No. 26/2016/TT-BLDTBXH dated September 1, 2016 of the Minister of Labor, War Invalids and Social Affairs (MOLISA) guiding the implementation of labor management, wages and bonuses for employees working in a single-member limited liability company (LLC) with 100% charter capital held by the State;
(2) Circular No. 27/2016/TT-BLDTBXH dated September 1, 2016 of the Minister of Labor, Invalids and Social Affairs guiding the implementation of the salary, remuneration, and bonus regime for managers of LLCs with 100% state capital;
(3) Circular No. 28/2016/TT-BLDTBXH dated September 1, 2016 of the Minister of Labor, Invalids and Social Affairs guiding the implementation of regulations on labor, wages, remuneration, and bonuses for companies with shares and capital contributions controlled by the State;
(4) Circular No. 06/2024/TT-BLDTBXH dated July 30, 2024 of the Minister of Labor, Invalids and Social Affairs amending and supplementing a number of articles of Circular No. 26/2016/TT-BLDTBXH dated September 1, 2016 of the Minister of Labor, Invalids and Social Affairs guiding the implementation of labor management, wages and bonuses for employees working in LLCs with 100% state-owned capital and Circular No. 27/2016/TT-BLDTBXH;
(5) Circular No. 04/2020/TT-BLDTBXH dated May 25, 2020 of the Minister of Labor, Invalids and Social Affairs guiding the implementation of regulations on contract prices, implementation salary funds of employees and the Executive Board as prescribed in Articles 7 and 8 of Decree No. 20/2020/ND-CP dated February 17, 2020 of the Government;
(6) Circular No. 33/2016/TT-BLDTBXH dated October 25, 2016 of the Minister of Labor, Invalids and Social Affairs guiding the pilot implementation of labor and salary management for the Military Telecommunications Group in the period of 2016 - 2020;
(7) Circular No. 12/2024/TT-BLDTBXH dated November 14, 2024 of the Minister of Labor, Invalids and Social Affairs amends and supplements 10 Circulars guiding the implementation of labor management, wages, remuneration, and bonuses for Vietnam Deposit Insurance, Asset Management Companies of Vietnamese Credit Institutions, Vietnam Television, Local Development Investment Fund, State Capital Investment and Trading Corporation, Credit Guarantee Fund for Small and Medium Enterprises, Small and Medium Enterprise Development Fund, National Technology Innovation Fund, Cooperative Development Support Fund and guidance on labor management, wages, remunerations, bonuses for Vietnam Debt Trading Company Limited;
8. Circular No. 37/2016/TT-BLDTBXH dated October 25, 2016 of the Minister of Labor, Invalids and Social Affairs guiding the management of labor, wages, remunerations and bonuses in the Asset Management Company of Vietnamese credit institutions;
9. Circular No. 04/2018/TT-BLDTBXH dated June 22, 2018 of the Minister of Labor, Invalids and Social Affairs amending a number of articles of Circular No. 37/2016/TT-BLDTBXH dated October 25, 2016 guiding the management of labor, wages, remuneration and bonuses in Asset Management Companies of credit institutions in Vietnam;
10. Circular No. 16/2018/TT-BLDTBXH dated October 12, 2018 of the Minister of Labor, Invalids and Social Affairs guiding the management of labor, wages, remunerations, and bonuses for employees and managers of the State Capital Investment and Trading Corporation.
11. Joint Circular No. 23/2005/TTLT-BLDTBXH-BTC dated August 31, 2005 of the Ministry of Labor, Invalids and Social Affairs - Ministry of Finance guiding the ranking and salary classification for full-time members of the Board of Directors, General Director, Director, Deputy General Director, Deputy Director, Chief Accountant of state-owned enterprises.
