The Ministry of Home Affairs has just held a ceremony to announce and present the Minister's Decisions on personnel work.
According to the Ministry of Home Affairs' Electronic Information Portal, at the ceremony, Director of the Department of Organization and Personnel Nguyen Tuan Ninh announced the decision of the Minister of Home Affairs on early retirement for Mr. Dao Ngoc Loi - Director of the Department of Meritorious People to retire early from August 31, 2025 according to the provisions of Decree No. 178/2024 and Decree No. 67/2025.
Next, Mr. Nguyen Tuan Ninh announced 9 decisions on the transfer and appointment of cadres of the Minister of Home Affairs, all effective from September 1, 2025.
1. The decision of the Minister of Home Affairs on the temporary transfer and appointment of Mr. Vu Xuan Han - Chief of the Office of the Ministry of Home Affairs - to hold the position of Director of the Department of Meritorious People, Ministry of Home Affairs.
2. The decision of the Minister of Home Affairs on the temporary transfer and appointment of Mr. Le Khanh Luong - Director of the Department of Youth Work and Gender Equality, Ministry of Home Affairs - to hold the position of Chief of the Party Committee Office of the Ministry of Home Affairs.
3. The decision of the Minister of Home Affairs on the temporary transfer and appointment of Mr. Nguyen Tien Dao - Chief of the Office of the Ministry Party Committee - to hold the position of Deputy Director of the Department of Non-governmental Organizations, Ministry of Home Affairs.
4. The decision of the Minister of Home Affairs on the temporary transfer and appointment of Ms. Hoang Thi Thu Huyen - former Chairwoman of the Trade Union of the Ministry of Home Affairs - to hold the position of Deputy Director of the Department of International Cooperation, Ministry of Home Affairs.

The decision of the Minister of Home Affairs on the temporary transfer and appointment of Ms. Tran Thi Minh Chau, a senior specialist of the Department of Organization and Staff, Ministry of Home Affairs, to hold the position of Deputy Chief of the Office of the Ministry of Home Affairs and assign the task of Secretary of the Minister from September 1, 2025.

The decision of the Minister of Home Affairs on the temporary transfer and appointment of Mr. Pham Cong Hung - senior specialist of the Department of Non-governmental Organizations, Ministry of Home Affairs - to hold the position of Deputy Director of the Executive Agency of the Overseas Employment Support Fund, Ministry of Home Affairs.
