The Ministry of National Defense has just issued Decision No. 3461/QD-BQP revoking 8 practicing licenses (practicing certificates) for medical examination and treatment of individuals, including:
1. Doctor Cao Duc Manh, unit: Central Military Hospital 108; License number: QY020021 issued by the Ministry of National Defense on October 1, 2024; scope of practice: Medical.
2. Doctor Nguyen Van Hoa, unit: Military Region 2; License number: 070231 issued by the Ministry of National Defense on February 19, 2016; scope of practice: General medical examination and treatment.
3. Doctor Ngo The Phuong, unit: Corps 12; License number: 350007 issued by the Ministry of National Defense on February 19, 2016; scope of practice: Medical examination and treatment of Internal Medicine.
4. Doctor Dang The Luc, unit: Corps 12; License number: 350044 issued by the Ministry of National Defense on September 27, 2017; scope of practice: General medical examination and treatment.
5. Doctor Tran Cao Cuong, unit: Corps 15; License number: 370042 issued by the Ministry of National Defense on December 31, 2020; scope of practice: General examination and treatment, Surgery.
6. Physician of the Navy Corps, unit: Military-Civilian Hospital 16/Corps 16; License number: 370109 issued by the Ministry of National Defense on July 11, 2017; scope of practice: Performing professional tasks of Nursing.
7. Nurse Nguyen Thi Van, unit: Central Military Hospital 108; License number: 021040 issued by the Ministry of National Defense on February 19, 2016; scope of practice: Performing professional tasks of Nursing.
8. Nurse Tran Thi Khanh Linh, unit: Military Hospital 175; License number: QY030108 issued by the Ministry of National Defense on December 31, 2020; scope of practice: Performing professional tasks of Nursing.
The Ministry of National Defense said that the reason for revoking the Medical Examination and Treatment Practice License is because the practitioner voluntarily requested the revocation of the practicing license.
Also according to the decision, the above-mentioned individuals are not allowed to practice medical examination and treatment from June 30, 2026 in any form and are only allowed to continue practicing when authorized by competent authorities.
