The Ministry of National Defense issued Decision No. 3039/QD-BQP revoking 6 practicing licenses (practicing certificates) for medical examination and treatment of individuals, including:
1. Doctor Trinh Van Tuan, unit: Navy; License number: 190007 issued by the Ministry of National Defense on October 1, 2024; scope of practice: Medicine, specialty of Internal Medicine, abdominal ultrasound.
2. Doctor Mai Van Manh, unit: Engineering Corps; License number: 280010 issued by the Ministry of National Defense on November 26, 2015; scope of practice: General medical examination and treatment, general ultrasound.
3. Doctor Dau Ngoc Trong, unit: General Department of Technology; License number: QY240025 issued by the Ministry of National Defense on December 31, 2020; scope of practice: General medical examination and treatment.
4. Physician Ngo Thanh Ha, unit: Border Guard Command; License number: 201013 issued by the Ministry of National Defense on February 13, 2018; scope of practice: General medical examination and treatment.
5. Nurse Nguyen Thi Thu, unit: Military Hospital 7B/Military Region 7; License number: 110684 issued by the Ministry of National Defense on November 29, 2016; scope of practice: Performing professional tasks of Nursing.
6. Nurse Nguyen Thi Thuy Van, unit: Military Hospital 7B/Military Region 7; License number: 110691 issued by the Ministry of National Defense on November 29, 2016; scope of practice: Performing professional tasks of Nursing.
The Ministry of National Defense said that the reason for revoking the Medical Examination and Treatment Practice License is that the practitioner voluntarily requested the revocation of the practicing license.
The above individuals are not allowed to practice medical examination and treatment from June 11, 2026 in any form and are only allowed to continue practicing when authorized by competent authorities.
