Minister of National Defense, Minister of Public Security direct parading training in Ho Chi Minh City

HCMC - On the evening of April 18, Minister of National Defense Phan Van Giang and Minister of Public Security Luong Tam Quang attended and directed the parade on Le Duan Street, District 1.

On the evening of April 18, 25 military and militia forces and 13 police forces gathered in Ho Chi Minh City to practice parading on Le Duan Street, District 1. In addition, there were also mass groups of people participating in the parade.

General Phan Van Giang - Politburo member, Minister of National Defense and General Luong Tam Quang - Politburo member, Minister of Public Security attended to direct, encourage and give gifts to the forces participating in the parade.

After the loud shouts from Senior Lieutenant General Nguyen Van Nghia - Deputy Chief of the General Staff of the Vietnam People's Army - the official training session began, on Le Duan Street, the forces departed from the Zoo and Botanical Gardens and moved to the front of Thong Nhat Hall.

In the brilliant lights in the center of Ho Chi Minh City, each force block simultaneously strode with a spirit, ready and decisive.

This is a gathering to prepare for the 50th anniversary of the Liberation of the South and National Reunification (April 30, 1975 - April 30, 2025), held on the morning of April 30.

After this training session, the forces will have another training session on the evening of April 22, with preliminary approval on April 25 and state-level approval on April 27 on Le Duan Street, Ho Chi Minh City.
