Ms. Men Sam On expressed her deepest condolences to the Party, State and people of Vietnam, relatives of former President Tran Duc Luong, expressing her respect for former President Tran Duc Luong as a prestigious leader who has made important contributions to the cause of building and developing Vietnam.
She affirmed that Cambodia will always remember and appreciate the great contributions of former President Tran Duc Luong in promoting the good friendship between the two countries and the people of the two countries.

Regarding measures to promote Vietnam -Cambodia relations in the coming time, the two sides agreed to actively deploy the contents that have been unified by the two leaders of the two countries at the meetings between the three heads of the three Vietnamese - Cambodia - Laos party in February 2025 and on the occasion of the 50th anniversary of the liberation of the South and the recent country.
