Implementing the Conclusion of General Secretary To Lam, on the afternoon of June 5, Deputy Prime Minister Nguyen Hoa Binh and members of the Prime Minister's Working Group (according to Decision No. 44/QD-TTg dated March 28, 2025 of the Prime Minister) worked with the leaders of Hanoi City on the final settlement of long-standing complaints and denunciations in Hanoi.
Emphasizing basically agreed with the assessment of the Government Inspectorate and the speech of the leaders of the ministries and functional agencies at the meeting, the Standing Deputy Prime Minister Nguyen Hoa Binh welcomed and highly appreciated Hanoi City, actively and strictly abide by the direction of Mr. To Lam's General Secretary and the direction of the Government in focusing on resolving cases of complaints, long -term denunciations to central levels.
To carry out this task, Hanoi City has a Working Group, has a specific plan, has coordinated very well with the Government Inspectorate and especially has a complete plan, with solutions for each case on the basis of dialogue, listening to people's opinions and this method and approach also received consensus from the people.
"We focus on doing this to maintain discipline, ensure the legitimate interests of the people and not create a hot spot. complaints must be resolved in a fundamental way, especially in the context of preparing to enter the organization of Party Congresses at all levels. We must be determined to do this" - Permanent Deputy Prime Minister Nguyen Hoa Binh stated.
Referring to specific contents, for some cases of prolonged complaints and denunciations that have exceeded the central level, the Permanent Deputy Prime Minister agreed with the opinion of the Government Inspectorate and agreed with Hanoi's plan and proposal. Regarding authority, Hanoi is assigned to resolve and completely handle cases in the spirit of proposed proposals, methods and solutions agreed upon between the city and the Government Inspectorate.
For nearly 30 other cases of complaints and denunciations under the authority of Hanoi, the city has now resolved and finished 18 cases; The rest, there are cases depending on the investigation schedule, there are cases assigned to the districts to handle. The Standing Deputy Prime Minister asked Hanoi's authorities to closely follow the settlement results in the districts, if there are difficulties, the city's working group must be timely, proactively remove, handle and settle before granting the district authorities to stop operating; Ensuring the definitive handling of these cases before June 30.
