During the implementation process, the Government Inspectorate established 3 working groups led by 3 Deputy Inspector Generals to inspect, urge, direct handling and resolution.

According to Government Inspector General Doan Hong Phong, localities are responsible for reviewing and handling complaints and denunciations that have been delayed before June 30 to comply with the Conclusion of the General Secretary and the plan of the Prime Minister.

Working with Gia Lai and Kon Tum, Government Inspector General Doan Hong Phong acknowledged and highly appreciated the proactiveness and seriousness of the two provinces in implementing the Central Government's direction.

The Government Inspector General emphasized that localities need to synchronously implement many measures to completely resolve cases in the area in the long list of complaints and denunciations, ensuring a complete resolution right from the grassroots, not letting the case become complicated, becoming a "hot spot" for complaints and denunciations.

In Lam Dong, reporting to the Prime Minister's Working Group, Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee Tran Hong Thai said that the Provincial Party Committee, the Provincial People's Committee, and departments and branches of Lam Dong have closely coordinated with the Government Inspectorate's Working Group No. 2 in inspecting, reviewing, handling and resolving cases in the area.

Under the guidance of the Government Inspectorate, the Provincial Working Group has collected and classified records and documents seriously; requested specialized agencies to clarify each remaining issue. Thereby, many cases have been resolved, with handling directions in accordance with legal regulations and practical situations.

Government Inspector General Doan Hong Phong emphasized that the Provincial Party Committee and People's Committee of Lam Dong province need to continue to strengthen leadership and direction in receiving citizens, handling complaints and denunciations; synchronously implementing measures to completely resolve cases in the area in the list of long-term complaints and denunciations.
