On August 11, the 1st Congress of the Thuong Tin Commune Party Committee, term 2025 - 2030, held an official session. Deputy Secretary of the City Party Committee, Chairman of the Hanoi People's Council Nguyen Ngoc Tuan attended and directed the congress.
Speaking at the congress, Secretary of the Thuong Tin Commune Party Committee Nguyen Xuan Minh said that in the 2020 - 2025 term, despite many difficulties and fluctuations, the Thuong Tin Commune Party Committee has made efforts to rise up, achieving many positive results.
The average annual growth rate of the commune's production value is from 11% to 13%. The economic structure shifted in the right direction, with the proportion of industry - construction accounting for 60% and trade - services accounting for 38.5%. Average income per capita in 2025 is estimated at 84.06 million VND; In 2024, there will be no more poor households in the area, the rate of near-poor households will be controlled at a low level.
Party building work has always been given top priority with many positive results. In particular, the organization and personnel work has been carried out methodically, especially after the merger.
Entering the 2025 - 2030 term, the Party Committee of Thuong Tin commune determined: "Building a strong and comprehensive Party and political system; arousing the will to rise up; building a civilized, beautiful and modern Thuong Tin commune". Specificate the goals: Average income per capita reaches 110 million VND/year; 100% of public schools meet national standards; 100% of people have access to clean water; maintain no poor households...
To realize the above goals, the congress has identified 3 breakthroughs, focusing resources to solve core, fundamental problems. First, a breakthrough in innovating leadership methods, improving the effectiveness and efficiency of the local political and governance system. Second is a breakthrough in human resource development and digital transformation. Third, a breakthrough in infrastructure development.
Speaking at the congress, Deputy Secretary of the City Party Committee, Chairman of the Hanoi People's Council Nguyen Ngoc Tuan requested that in the coming time, the Thuong Tin Commune Party Committee should focus on key tasks, to complete and improve economic, social and income goals for the people.
Mr. Nguyen Ngoc Tuan suggested that immediately after the congress, the Executive Committee of the Thuong Tin Commune Party Committee focus on implementing the Resolution of the Congress in detail to all cadres, party members and people of all walks of life to ensure unified awareness, will and action in the entire Party Committee and the political system.
The Congress also announced the Decision to appoint the Party Executive Committee, the Standing Committee, the Secretary, the Deputy Secretary, and the Inspection Committee of the Party Committee of Thuong Tin Commune for the 2025-2030 term.
Comrade Nguyen Xuan Minh was appointed to hold the position of Secretary of the Party Committee of Thuong Tin commune for the 2025 - 2030 term.
