Ring Road 4 Expressway
After more than 1 year of construction, Ring Road 4 - Hanoi Capital Region is gradually taking shape, with 14.9% of the capital plan disbursed.
Recently, Chairman of the City People's Committee Tran Sy Thanh requested the People's Committees of districts and towns to continue to focus on implementation and completely resolve the remaining land area to be recovered and completed before April 15.
Regarding the implementation of construction investment component projects, for component project 2.1 (parallel road construction), the City Traffic Construction Investment Project Management Board urges contractors to complete in October 2025 to celebrate the City Party Congress.
For Component Project 3 (highway construction), the City Traffic Construction Investment Project Management Board urgently prepares relevant documents so that after selecting an investor, it can immediately resolve the necessary procedures, ensuring the progress of the project on the occasion of May 19.
Tran Hung Dao Bridge
Tran Hung Dao Bridge has a total length of about 5.6km. The starting point is at the Tran Hung Dao - Tran Thanh Tong intersection in Hoan Kiem district. The end point connects with Vu Duc Than street, Long Bien district. The total investment of the project is more than 15,967 billion VND. The project implementation period is in the period of 2025-2027.
The investment project to build Tran Hung Dao bridge and the approach roads at both ends of the bridge is expected to start construction on August 19 - September 2.
Ngoc Hoi Bridge
The total length of Ngoc Hoi bridge and the two ends of the bridge is about 7.5km. In particular, the main bridge length and bridge lead 7.2km, 33m wide. The head of the bridge on Hung Yen is about 300m long and 60m wide.
The starting point of the investment project is in Thanh Tri district, Hanoi (connecting with the end point of the Ring Road 3.5 project from Phuc La, Van Phu to Phap Van - Cau Gie expressway, about 360m from Phap Van - Cau Gie expressway towards Huu Hong dike).
The end point is in Van Giang district, Hung Yen province (Km7+500) connecting with Ring Road 3.5 in Van Giang district, Hung Yen province, 700m from the Ta Hong dike towards the Hanoi - Hai Phong expressway. The total investment of the project is 11,844 billion VND. The implementation period is in the period of 2025-2030.

Tu Lien Bridge
Investing in the construction of Tu Lien Bridge and the two ends of the bridge from the intersection with Nghi Tam road to the intersection with Truong Sa street with a total length of about 5.15km. The first point connected to Nghi Tam Street, Tay Ho District, the end point through the intersection with Truong Sa street.
The total preliminary investment of the project is VND 20,171 billion. The project will be implemented in the period of 2025 - 2027.
The investment project to build Tu Lien Bridge and the approach roads at both ends of the bridge is expected to start construction on May 19 on the occasion of President Ho Chi Minh's 135th birthday.
In addition to the projects that are expected to start in the coming time, a number of projects and projects in the city are being promoted. According to data from the Socio -Economic situation report in March and the first quarter of 2025 of the Hanoi Statistical Office, the Ring Road 1 Project, Hoang Cau - Voi Phuc section (phase 1) has an investment of more than VND 7,200 billion from the city budget. Up to now, the project has disbursed 50.9% of the capital plan.
The project to renovate and upgrade National Highway 6, Ba La - Xuan Mai section, has a total investment of VND 8,100 billion from the city budget. To date, the project has disbursed 16.5% of the capital plan.
The Thang Long Avenue Expressway project, the section connecting National Highway 21 to the Hanoi - Hoa Binh Expressway, has disbursed 24.6% of the capital plan.
