Reporting at the meeting, Deputy Director of the Hanoi Department of Culture and Sports Pham Xuan Tai said that the Commemoration Ceremony, parade and march will take place on the morning of September 2 at Ba Dinh Square and some central streets of Hanoi Capital. According to the proposal of the Organizing Committee, it is expected that there will be about 40,000 people, including guests and mass forces at the ceremony; forces on duty; and forces parading and parading.
Commemorative activities and Parades are large-scale, national-level activities, receiving special attention from leaders of the Party, State, central agencies, provinces, cities, diplomatic agencies, international organizations, domestic and international press agencies and the masses.
Mr. Pham Xuan Tai said that the Hanoi People's Committee has focused on leading and directing the city's departments, branches and sectors to deploy 10 key groups of tasks.
Design, construct, manage and operate National emblem model vehicles, Ho Chi Minh portrait cars, model cars symbolizing the 80th anniversary of the National Day of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam; mobilize the people's forces.
At the same time, develop and deploy a plan for traffic flow and route allocation to ensure security and order in the city; a plan/planning to ensure absolute security and traffic safety; develop and deploy a plan to handle situations to prevent terrorism, protests, disorder, fire prevention and fighting.
Along with that, it is necessary to develop a plan, arrange a force to collect and transport waste to ensure a "green - clean - beautiful" environment. Agreeing with the proposals of departments and branches at the meeting, Chairman of the City People's Committee Tran Sy Thanh requested the City People's Committee Office to promptly advise on completing and issuing a Plan to organize the Commemoration Ceremony, parade, and parade before June 15. At the same time, it is recommended that the work of welcoming delegates must be thoughtful, respectful and given top priority, ensuring that everyone can participate; security control work must be ensured.
