Attending the incense offering ceremony were Politburo members: Secretary of the Party Central Committee, Chairman of the Central Committee of the Vietnam Fatherland Front Do Van Chien; Secretary of the Hanoi Party Committee Bui Thi Minh Hoai. Party Central Committee members: Deputy Prime Minister, Minister of Foreign Affairs Bui Thanh Son; Vice Chairwoman of the National Assembly Nguyen Thi Thanh and leaders of a number of ministries, departments, and central agencies, and Hanoi city.
The incense offering ceremony is solemnly performed to pray for national peace, people's peace, and world peace, to show respect and gratitude to the wise kings and virtuous ministers who have contributed to opening the Thang Long culture, enlightening Dai Viet civilization, and passing it on to the glorious Ho Chi Minh era.
In front of the Dragon Palace Kinh Thien - Thang Long Imperial Citadel relic site, where the sacred energy of the country converges, President Luong Cuong conducted incense offering ceremonies and paid tribute to the ancestors, the talented people and generations of fathers who shed blood to preserve and protect the country; reported to the ancestors the outstanding and comprehensive achievements of the country in the past year.
