On the afternoon of October 1, the National Assembly Delegation of Party Cell No. 10 (Ho Chi Minh City National Assembly Delegation) had a meeting with voters before the 10th session of the 15th National Assembly.
The National Assembly delegation of Party Cell No. 10 includes: President Luong Cuong; Ms. Nguyen Thi Le - former Chairman of the Ho Chi Minh City People's Council and Major General Phan Van Xung - former Political Commissar of the Ho Chi Minh City Command.
The delegation met and listened to the opinions of voters of 11 communes: An Nhon Tay, Thai My, Nhuan Duc, Tan An Hoi, Cu Chi, Phu Hoa Dong, Binh My, Hoc Mon, Ba Diem, Xuan Thoi Son and Dong Thanh.

Reporting to voters on the activities of the Ho Chi Minh City National Assembly Delegation, Major General Phan Van Xung said that from the 9th session to September 20, the Delegation has organized many activities to prepare for the next session.
In which, 7 conferences were held to collect opinions on 23 draft laws; 1 consultation conference and 1 thematic conference on 2 draft resolutions; at the same time, collecting written opinions on all draft laws and resolutions to be submitted to the 10th session.
In addition, from now until the 10th session, the Ho Chi Minh City National Assembly Delegation will continue to organize seminars, collect comments from experts and voters, to complete the draft laws to submit to the National Assembly for consideration and approval.
Notably, the delegation also deployed 13 survey working groups in 19 wards, communes, and special zones; 5 public investment projects and organized 2 explanation sessions with the Department of Finance and the People's Committee of Ho Chi Minh City. Thereby, the delegation recorded many positive results, while pointing out limitations and inadequacies in the policy implementation process.
These opinions will be an important basis for making recommendations to the National Assembly, the National Assembly Standing Committee, the Government and ministries and branches to remove practical obstacles and improve the effectiveness of law enforcement.
The 10th session of the 15th National Assembly is scheduled to open on October 20 at the National Assembly House and close on December 12.
