In the afternoon of February 28, Comrade Tran Thanh Man - Member of the Politburo, Chairman of the National Assembly, Chairman of the National Election Council - returned to the Kim Lien Special National Relic Site to offer incense to commemorate President Ho Chi Minh.
Participating in the Central working delegation were comrades Members of the Party Central Committee: Le Quang Manh - Member of the National Assembly Standing Committee, Secretary General of the National Assembly, Chairman of the National Assembly Office; Nguyen Huu Dong - Member of the National Assembly Standing Committee, Chairman of the National Assembly's Delegate Affairs Committee, Deputy Head of the Central Organization Committee; Nguyen Dac Vinh - Member of the National Assembly Standing Committee, Chairman of the National Assembly's Culture and Social Affairs Committee.
Also participating in the delegation were key leaders of Nghe An province.
At the Kim Lien Special National Relic Site, National Assembly Chairman Tran Thanh Man and the delegation respectfully offered offerings, flowers, and incense, expressing deep gratitude and respect for President Ho Chi Minh - the great leader of the Party and our people, national liberation hero, world cultural figure.

Before the spirit of President Ho Chi Minh, National Assembly Chairman Tran Thanh Man and the delegation vowed to continue to study and follow his ideology, ethics, and style; promote the spirit of solidarity and responsibility, contributing to the successful organization of the election of National Assembly deputies of the 16th term and People's Council deputies at all levels, term 2026 - 2031.
Prior to that, the National Assembly Chairman and the working delegation respectfully offered offerings, flowers, and incense at Chung Son Temple - the temple dedicated to President Ho Chi Minh's ancestors.
