After listening to the local report, National Assembly Chairman Tran Thanh Man assessed that the election organization work to date has basically been well prepared, and guiding documents have been implemented promptly.
The National Assembly Chairwoman noted that Hai Phong should continue to promote widespread propaganda among the people about the meaning and importance of the election; and at the same time carefully review the voter list. In which, it is necessary to pay attention to groups of voters going to work far away, voters absent from the locality, elderly voters, sick, and weak health to have appropriate support plans, ensuring that all citizens fully exercise their rights and obligations.
Regarding security and social order, the National Assembly Chairwoman requested functional forces to continue to closely monitor the area, proactively grasp the situation, and not let hostile forces take advantage of and sabotage the election.
The National Assembly Chairwoman highly appreciated the application of technology and digital transformation in voter list management. The Police force has coordinated with the Ministry of Home Affairs to apply technology in deploying election tasks. The exploitation of population data through the VNEID system helps review voter lists faster and more accurately.
In terms of expertise, reports show that the election teams have been thoroughly trained and will continue to be further fostered in the coming time. The National Assembly Chairwoman emphasized that each cadre working in election work must clearly grasp the procedures to do them correctly, without being subjective, without missing any stage.
