In particular, Ms. Bach Lien Huong (born in 1975) - Member of the City Party Committee, Director of the Hanoi Department of Culture and Sports - was transferred to work at the Hanoi People's Council.
Receive and appoint Mr. Nguyen Trong Dien (born in 1974) - Member of the Provincial Party Committee, Director of the Department of Health of Quang Ninh province - to work at the Hanoi Department of Health, holding the position of Director of the Hanoi Department of Health; the appointment term is 5 years.
Transfer Mr. Le Thanh Nam (born in 1971) - Member of the City Party Committee, Chief of Office of the Hanoi People's Committee - to work at the Party Committee and People's Council of Ngoc Ha Ward.

Receive and appoint Mr. Nguyen Tien Thiet (born in 1979) - Member of the City Party Committee, Secretary of the Party Committee of Ung Hoa commune for the 2025 - 2030 term, Chairman of the People's Council of Ung Hoa commune for the 2021 - 2026 term - to work at the Office of the Hanoi People's Committee, holding the position of Chief of Office of the Hanoi People's Committee; the appointment term is 5 years.
Receive and appoint Mr. Pham Tuan Long (born in 1976) - Member of the City Party Committee, Secretary of the Party Committee of Cua Nam Ward for the 2025 - 2030 term, Chairman of the People's Council of Cua Nam Ward for the 2021 - 2026 term, to work at the Department of Culture and Sports of Hanoi City, holding the position of Director of the Department of Culture and Sports of Hanoi City; the appointment term is 5 years.
Expectations for the new leadership team
Speaking at the conference, Chairman of the Hanoi People's Committee Vu Dai Thang emphasized that the transfer, assignment and appointment of cadres this time is carried out on the basis of a comprehensive assessment of the capacity, qualities and working process of each individual, and at the same time, comes from the practical requirements and tasks of departments, branches and localities.
According to Chairman of the Hanoi People's Committee Vu Dai Thang, among the transferred and appointed cadres, there are cadres who have held the position of department director for a long time, making many important contributions to the industry and field in charge; at the same time, there are cadres who have grown up from the grassroots, are the heads of local Party committees and authorities, and are now trusted with new responsibilities.
Chairman of the City People's Committee Vu Dai Thang said that all 5 officials who received the decision have held many important positions in the City. The Standing Committee of the City Party Committee and the City People's Committee acknowledged and highly appreciated the process of striving, training and dedication of the comrades who were transferred and appointed.
