At the conference, Deputy Head of the Standing Committee of the Hanoi Party Committee's Organization Committee Nguyen Minh Long announced 9 decisions on personnel work.
Speaking at the conference, Standing Deputy Secretary of the City Party Committee Nguyen Van Phong congratulated the individuals who received the decision to transfer and assign personnel work. He believes that the cadres will successfully complete the newly assigned tasks, contributing to the overall development achievements of the Capital in the coming time.
Emphasizing that the city has achieved important results in recent times in various fields, the Standing Deputy Secretary of the City Party Committee said that in 2025, Hanoi will achieve 24/24 development targets, many targets exceed and have targets to reach historical milestones; in particular, Hanoi has successfully organized the 18th Congress of the City Party Committee and is entering a new stage of development.
In the immediate future, the city will focus on organizing activities to serve the 14th National Party Congress and prepare for the election of 16th National Assembly deputies and People's Councils at all levels for the 2026-2031 term.
According to the Standing Deputy Secretary of the City Party Committee, in the spirit that the capital Hanoi must contribute more to the country in the coming time, Hanoi has advised and been permitted by the Politburo to amend Resolution No. 15-NQ/TW dated May 5, 2022 of the Politburo on the direction and tasks for the development of the capital Hanoi to 2030, with a vision to 2045, the Capital Law and the Capital Master Plan with a 100-year strategic scale.
The requirements for the coming period are very high, therefore, the city must have a organizational apparatus, especially a team of cadres strong enough to meet the requirements of tasks in the new context.
To carry out this important work, the Standing Committee of the City Party Committee has reviewed and evaluated the overall staff to arrange and arranged in accordance with the requirements, associated with the capacity, strengths and responsibilities of the staff.
The Standing Deputy Secretary of the City Party Committee said that the officials assigned to the task today all have strong political will, are well-trained, have experience, have held many different positions and are ready to receive and complete the assigned tasks.
At the same time, he expressed his confidence that individuals who were given decisions and received new tasks, with their extensive work, will continue to contribute to the overall results of each agency and unit and contribute to the development of the capital.
The Standing Deputy Secretary of the City Party Committee requested the Party Committees of communes, wards and agencies and units receiving cadres to continue to promote the spirit of solidarity and responsibility, creating conditions for comrades to complete their assigned tasks.
Assigning tasks to cadres assigned to new work tasks, the Standing Deputy Secretary of the City Party Committee requested individuals in new positions to continue to promote a sense of responsibility, sense of organization, discipline, solidarity, especially rich experience in their positions to contribute to the development of localities, agencies and units.

According to Decision No. 390-QD/TU, on December 22, 2025, the Standing Committee of the Hanoi Party Committee decided to transfer comrade Do Van Truong (born in 1977) - Chief of Office of the National Assembly Delegation and Hanoi People's Council - to work at the City Party Committee's Internal Affairs Committee; appointed him to the position of Deputy Head of the City Party Committee's Internal Affairs Committee.
According to Decision No. 392-QD/TU, dated December 22, 2025, the Standing Committee of the Hanoi Party Committee decided to transfer, assign, and appoint comrade Le Thanh Nam (born in 1971) - Member of the City Party Committee, Chief of Office of the Hanoi People's Committee - to participate in the Executive Committee, Standing Committee and hold the position of Secretary of the Ngoc Ha Ward Party Committee, term 2025-2030; at the same time, introduce to complete the position of Chairman of the Ngoc Ha Ward People's Council, term 2021-2026.
According to Decision No. 394-QD/TU, dated December 22, 2025, the Standing Committee of the Hanoi Party Committee decided to transfer and appoint Comrade Nguyen Tuan Thinh (born in 1971) - full-time National Assembly delegate of the XV Hanoi City National Assembly Delegation - to join the Executive Committee, Standing Committee and hold the position of Secretary of the Party Committee of Chuyen My Commune, term 2025-2030; introduced to complete the position of Chairman of the People's Council of Chuyen My Commune, term 2021-2026.
