Preparing for human resource training for the International Financial Center in Vietnam

Binh Duong - On April 8, Permanent Deputy Prime Minister Nguyen Hoa Binh worked with Viet Duc University on human resource training for the International Financial Center in Vietnam.

Speaking at the meeting, the Standing Deputy Prime Minister said that he had just had a program to work with the German Government, the Hessen state player. Notably, the Hessen state player affirmed that he is ready to support Vietnam to implement the project of building Vietnam's international financial center. At the same time, expressing trust in Viet Duc University will train high quality human resources to meet the personnel for the financial center in the future.

Permanent Deputy Prime Minister Nguyen Hoa Binh said that there are 5 factors for forming a financial center, including: global connectivity capacity; stable, transparent, and predictable legal infrastructure; high-quality human resources; operational and governance capacity; building a necessary ecosystem for a financial center.

According to Permanent Deputy Prime Minister Nguyen Hoa Binh, Vietnam is currently in the process of building a legal system to form a financial center. The draft of the resolution on the legal system on the establishment of a financial center already exists. The Permanent Deputy Prime Minister hopes that German economic professors working at Viet Duc University can discuss this draft. Research what is reasonable, what needs to be supplemented and suggest for the Vietnamese Government to perfect this legal system.

In addition, it is a mechanism and policy that must be attractive enough to attract investors from around the world to the financial center of Vietnam. This also requires the voice of scientists.

In addition, the Permanent Deputy Prime Minister hopes that the school will participate in the process of preparing human resources and personnel for the financial center. The school's students may be a source of high-quality human resources for the financial center. Viet Duc University will train human resources as students and provide professional training for many other human resources to lead and operate a financial center in the future.

The Permanent Deputy Prime Minister suggested that Viet Duc University will invite leading professors from Germany to open short-term training courses on financial center management operations, training on arbitrators handling international disputes... This is the fastest way for Vietnam to access the qualifications and experience of the world in operating and managing financial centers.

When Viet Duc University organizes training courses with German professors, the Permanent Deputy Prime Minister suggested that Da Nang City and Ho Chi Minh City coordinate to prepare teams to participate in the training course. The Permanent Deputy Prime Minister also suggested that the two cities and Viet Duc University prepare to conduct training courses.

Binh Duong province supports the construction of dormitories for students of Viet Duc University

At the meeting, Permanent Deputy Prime Minister Nguyen Hoa Binh suggested that Binh Duong province quickly support the construction of dormitories for students of Viet Duc University. This is to strengthen accommodation for 4,000 - 6,000 students and trainees.

Expanding the training scale to 10,000 students

At the meeting, Minister of Education and Training Nguyen Kim Son said that the current school has only 3,500 students, the training scale is very small. Propose that the school study and expand enrollment sources, increase the training scale to over 10,000 students and trainees to match the scale of the school.
