Mr. Khoa and Mr. Hiep were disciplined for only harshly criticizing Ms. Huynh Thi Kim Hue - Principal of Cao Ba Quat High School, former Principal of Chu Van An High School. According to regulations, Ms. Hue must be disciplined with a warning.
The Disciplinary Council of the Provincial People's Committee unanimously proposed that the Chairman of the Dak Lak Provincial People's Committee discipline Mr. Khoa with a reprimand and review, drawing profound experience from Mr. Hiep.
As reported by Lao Dong Newspaper, in 2020 - 2021, Ms. Hue committed many violations when she was Principal of Chu Van An High School. However, Mr. Pham Dang Khoa only issued a document severely criticizing Ms. Hue.
After analyzing, evaluating and comparing the regulations, the Chairman of the Dak Lak Provincial People's Committee concluded that within 24 months, Ms. Hue had 2 violations of the same violation.
Violations are later considered a repeat offense and must be disciplined with a warning. However, the Director of the Department of Education and Training only issued a document severely criticizing Ms. Hue for not being in accordance with regulations.
Despite many violations during her time working at Chu Van An High School, in June 2023, Ms. Hue was unexpectedly transferred and appointed as Principal of Cao Ba Quat High School.
According to the conclusion of the Chairman of the Dak Lak Provincial People's Committee, the transfer and appointment of Ms. Hue to another unit is not in accordance with regulations. This is an unbiased, uncautious, and unticeness manifestation.
Those involved have not reviewed and fully assessed the content, nature, and extent of the harm for the shortcomings and violations in considering disciplinary action against Ms. Hue.
The responsibility for the above shortcomings belongs to Mr. Pham Dang Khoa - former Director of the Department; Mr. Do Tuong Hiep - Deputy Director of the Department of Education and Training, and a number of other related people in the unit.
