On December 24, the Inspection Committee (IC) of the Hanoi City Police Party Committee (CATP) held the 3rd Session for the 2025-2030 term to discuss and approve a number of important contents in the inspection, supervision and enforcement of Party discipline of the CATP Party Committee's IC.
At the meeting, Colonel Tran Quyet Thang - Permanent Deputy Head of the Inspection Committee of the Party Committee of the City Party Committee presented a report on the results of implementing the conclusion of the Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee, Chairman of the Inspection Committee of the City Party Committee of the City Party Committee - Deputy Director of the City Party Committee Nguyen Ngoc Quyen at the 2nd meeting.
According to the report, the Inspection Committee of the Party Committee of the CATP promptly advised the issuance of Decision No. 01 on implementing supervision and inspection of the area for 6 units; proactively guiding, urging, and correcting units that are still behind schedule, thereby contributing to preventing violations early and remotely, improving the effectiveness and efficiency of inspection and supervision throughout the CATP.
In 2025, the Inspection Committee of the CATP Party Committee has advised the organization of 6 thematic supervisions for affiliated Party Committees, promptly pointing out shortcomings and limitations, requiring units to seriously review, rectify, and learn from experience.
At the same time, the Inspection Committee of the Party Committee of the CATP resolutely deploys a shared database to serve inspection and supervision work, contributing to ensuring digital transformation progress in the force system, improving the scientificity, synchronization and efficiency of consultation and synthesis.
The Standing Deputy Head of the Party Committee's Inspection Commission also comprehensively assessed the activities of the CATP supervision delegations and inspection and supervision activities at affiliated units.
In 2025, the Inspection Committee of the CATP Party Committee reviewed and disciplined violating party members and is continuing to review the responsibilities of a number of cadres and party members who committed violations.
With outstanding results, the Inspection Committee of the Party Committee of the State Inspectorate was highly appreciated by the Inspection Committees of the Central Public Security Party Committee and the Hanoi City Party Committee, ranking first among the entire People's Public Security force, and at the same time orienting a number of key tasks on inspection and supervision work in 2026.
Discussed at the Session, all opinions were highly unanimous with the content of the report and the draft plan; at the same time, focusing on clarifying more contents related to specialized supervision, in order to effectively serve the leadership, direction and management of the Party Committee, the Board of Directors of the CATP for the working areas of affiliated units and the entire commune-level Police.
In the program of the 3rd Session, term 2025 - 2030, the Inspection Committee of the Party Committee of the City Party Committee also reviewed and decided to discipline a number of officers and soldiers who violated the law, ensuring compliance with principles, processes, and authority, demonstrating the strictness of Party discipline.
Concluding the meeting, Colonel Nguyen Ngoc Quyen - Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee, Chairman of the Party Committee's Inspection Commission, Deputy Director of the CATP emphasized that in the coming time, the work of inspection, supervision and enforcement of Party discipline must continue to be implemented proactively, comprehensively, with focus, key points, and substance, ensuring correct principles, processes, and authority; promptly detect, prevent and strictly handle violations right at the grassroots level, contributing to maintaining Party discipline and order in the Capital Police force, effectively serving the task of ensuring security and order in the city.
