Disciplinary action against 2 former Deputy Ministers of Labor, Invalids and Social Affairs
On December 16, in Hanoi, the Central Inspection Committee held its 70th meeting.
At the meeting, the Central Inspection Commission (IC) reviewed the inspection results report when there were signs of violations and proposed disciplinary action against the following individuals: Le Tan Dung - Member of the Standing Committee of the Party Committee, Deputy Minister of Education and Training, former member of the Party Committee, former Deputy Minister of Labor, Invalids and Social Affairs; Doan Mau Diep - former member of the Party Committee, former Deputy Minister of Labor, Invalids and Social Affairs;
The Central Inspection Commission found that: Individuals Le Tan Dung and Doan Mau Diep, during their tenure as members of the Party Committee and Deputy Minister of Labor, Invalids and Social Affairs, violated Party regulations and State laws in performing assigned duties and tasks; in preventing and combating corruption, waste and negativity; violated regulations on what Party members are not allowed to do and the responsibility to set an example, causing serious consequences, reducing the prestige of the Party organization and the agency or unit where they work, to the extent that disciplinary action must be taken.
Considering the content, nature, extent, consequences, and causes of the violation; based on Party regulations, the Central Inspection Committee decided to discipline Mr. Le Tan Dung and Mr. Doan Mau Diep with a Warning.
Lang Son expels 4 party members, proposes to discipline 1 party member
On December 15-16, the Lang Son Provincial Party Committee's Inspection Commission held a 3rd Session to review and decide on many contents, including disciplinary action against party organizations and party members who violate land and environmental management and comply with Party regulations.
Based on the content, nature, extent, consequences and causes of the violation, the Provincial Party Committee's Inspection Commission decided to discipline 4 party members by expelling them from the Party; at the same time, it proposed that the Provincial Party Committee Standing Committee consider and discipline 1 party member according to its authority.

The Inspection Committee of Tuyen Quang Provincial Party Committee decided to take disciplinary action:
Expulsion from the Party for Mr. Vu Minh Hoang - Party member, former Deputy Secretary of the Party Cell, Deputy Director of the Management Board of Investment and Construction Projects of Quan Ba area; Mr. Ha Nam - Party member of the Party Cell of DHD Development Investment Joint Stock Company, Director of Thanh Nam Member Company Limited.
Disciplinary warning against: Mr. Nguyen Dang Khoa - Party member, former Party Cell Secretary, term 2020-2025, Director of the Management Board of Investment and Construction Projects in Quan Ba area; Mr. Nguyen Trong The - Party member of the Party Cell of Na Chang village, Quan Ba commune, former Party Cell member of the Management Board of Investment and Construction Projects in Quan Ba area.
The Inspection Committee of Tuyen Quang Provincial Party Committee also decided to discipline by reprimand the following individuals: Mr. Hang Duong Thanh - Secretary of the Tung Vai Commune Party Committee, former Deputy Secretary of the District Party Committee, former Chairman of the People's Committee of Quan Ba District; Mr. Nguyen Huu Nghiep - Member of the Standing Committee of the Party Committee, Vice Chairman of the People's Committee of Tung Vai Commune, former Party Cell Secretary, term 2020-2025, former Head of the Department of Finance - Planning of Quan Ba District; Mr. Nong Sy Nguyen - Party member of the Economic Department, Quan Ba Commune, former civil servant of the Department of Finance - Planning of Quan Ba District.
