The National Assembly Standing Committee also approved the results of the dismissal of Mr. Mai Van Huynh from the position of Chairman of the People's Council of Kien Giang province for the 2021-2026 term from December 26, 2024 for retirement.
Along with that, ratify the election results of the Chairman of the People's Council of Bac Giang province, term 2021 - 2026 for Ms. Nguyen Thi Huong - Standing Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Head of the Provincial Party Committee's Inspection Committee from January 2, 2025.
Approving the election results of Ms. Vo Thi Minh Sinh - Member of the Provincial Party Standing Committee, Chairwoman of the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of Nghe An province, Deputy of the 15th National Assembly as Head of the Delegation of the 15th National Assembly of Nghe An province.
The National Assembly Standing Committee also resolved that Mr. Dang Xuan Phong - Member of the Party Central Committee, Secretary of Vinh Phuc Provincial Party Committee - transfer his activities from the National Assembly delegation of Lao Cai province to the National Assembly delegation of Vinh Phuc province.
Previously, Mr. Dang Xuan Phong - Secretary of Lao Cai Provincial Party Committee - was mobilized and appointed by the Politburo to join the Executive Committee, Standing Committee of the Provincial Party Committee, and hold the position of Secretary of Vinh Phuc Provincial Party Committee.
Vice Chairwoman of the National Assembly Nguyen Thi Thanh also signed the Resolutions of the National Assembly Standing Committee on personnel work.
Accordingly, the National Assembly Standing Committee reappointed Mr. Hoang Anh Cong to the position of Deputy Head of the Petition Committee. The term of appointment is 5 years, starting from February 15, 2025.
During his tenure as Deputy Head of the People's Petitions Committee, Mr. Hoang Anh Cong received a position allowance coefficient of 1.25.
The National Assembly Standing Committee also approved Mr. Tran Ngoc Khanh's resignation from the position of Vice Chairman of the National Defense and Security Committee of the 15th National Assembly to focus on medical treatment according to his personal wishes, end his secondment, and return to work at the Ministry of Public Security.
The policies and regimes implemented by the Ministry of Public Security are in accordance with the provisions of law. Mr. Tran Ngoc Khanh continues to be a delegate of the 15th National Assembly.
Along with that, the election results of Ms. Dang Thi Ngoc Mai - Member of the Provincial Party Executive Committee, President of the Long An Provincial Women's Union, to hold the position of Vice President of the Long An Provincial People's Council, term 2021 - 2026, from December 10, 2024, were approved.
