Voters who need to vote in other localities where they are permanently or temporarily residing need to meet the condition that they have been granted a level 2 electronic identification account. Registration can only be carried out before the election date according to the prescribed time limit, ensuring that it does not affect the finalization of the voter list. Each voter can only register to vote at a single location, avoiding duplication and errors in the list.
