The Central Committee of the Vietnam Fatherland Front has just decided to establish 5 working groups to supervise the implementation of the task of propaganda and mobilization for the election of National Assembly deputies of the 16th term and People's Council deputies at all levels for the 2026-2031 term in some localities.

On February 26, on behalf of the Standing Committee of the Central Committee of the Vietnam Fatherland Front, Ms. Ha Thi Nga - Member of the Party Central Committee, Vice President, Secretary General of the Central Committee of the Vietnam Fatherland Front (VFF) signed a decision to establish a working delegation of the Central Committee of the VFF to supervise the implementation of the task of propaganda and mobilization for the election of National Assembly deputies of the XV term and People's Council deputies at all levels for the 2026-2031 term.

According to the decision, the Standing Committee of the Central Committee of the Vietnam Fatherland Front established 5 working groups of the Central Committee of the Vietnam Fatherland Front to supervise the implementation of the task of propaganda and mobilization for the election of National Assembly deputies of the 16th term and People's Council deputies at all levels for the 2026-2031 term in provinces and cities: Phu Tho, Lai Chau, Dak Lak, Hai Phong, An Giang. Time from February 27, 2026 to March 14, 2026.

The working delegations are responsible for supervising according to the contents specified in the Law on Election of National Assembly Deputies and People's Council Deputies in 2015; Law on the Vietnam Fatherland Front; Circular No. 04/TT-MTTQ-BTT, dated November 4, 2025 of the Standing Committee of the Central Committee of the Vietnam Fatherland Front and documents related to election work. Members of the Working Delegations perform tasks as assigned by the Head of the Delegation.

According to the decision, the working delegation in Phu Tho province is headed by Comrade Nguyen Binh Minh, Member of the Presidium of the Central Committee of the Vietnam Fatherland Front, Chief of Office of the Central Committee of the Vietnam Fatherland Front agency.

The working delegation in Lai Chau province was headed by Comrade Cao Xuan Thao, Member of the Presidium of the Central Committee of the Vietnam Fatherland Front, Head of the Social Work Committee, Agency of the Central Committee of the Vietnam Fatherland Front.

The working delegation in Dak Lak province was headed by Comrade Nguyen Minh Chung, Member of the Standing Committee, Head of the Propaganda and Mass Mobilization Department of the Party Committee of the Fatherland Front, and central mass organizations.

The working delegation in Hai Phong City was headed by Comrade Nguyen Minh Dung, Director of the Department of Finance - Planning, Vietnam Fatherland Front Central Committee Agency.

The working delegation in An Giang province was headed by Comrade Luu Thi Hong Mo, Deputy Head of the Democracy, Supervision and Social Criticism Committee, Central Committee of the Vietnam Fatherland Front.
