Dak Lak - Voters in the area have proposed and recommended to National Assembly deputies the upgrading of infrastructure and removal of land obstacles in remote areas.

On April 28, Quang Phu Commune People's Committee coordinated with the National Assembly Delegation (NA Delegation) of Dak Lak province to organize a meeting, contact and report on the results of the meeting with voters in Quang Phu and Ea Nuol communes.

Participating in the voter contact delegation were delegates: Mr. Nguyen Thanh Nghi, Member of the Politburo, Secretary of the Party Central Committee, Head of the Central Policy and Strategy Committee; Mr. Nguyen Thai Hoc, Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee of the Fatherland Front, central mass organizations; Mr. Be Trung Anh, full-time member of the Delegation Affairs Committee of the 16th National Assembly...

At the conference, the representative of the Provincial National Assembly Delegation, Mr. Nguyen Hoang Giang - Director of the Provincial Department of Ethnic Minorities and Religion, informed voters about the results of the First Session of the 16th National Assembly and the activities of the Provincial National Assembly Delegation at the session.

Voters expressed agreement with the results of the session, and at the same time assessed that this is an important session, creating a foundation and strengthening confidence for the new term.

In a democratic and frank atmosphere, local voters raised 11 heartfelt opinions, focusing on key issues such as: upgrading rural roads in Ea Map hamlet; definitively resolving backlogs in land use right certificate issuance.

Attract investment to build industrial clusters and deep processing plants in the locality; soon invest in an internal field canal system in hamlet 4, Quang Phu commune; continue to pay attention to solving housing land and production land for ethnic minorities.

Voters also proposed that localities create conditions for people to access preferential loans from the Vietnam Bank for Social Policies.

In addition, voters expressed their agreement with the policy of streamlining the apparatus. However, after implementing the two-level local government model, the volume of work pushed down to the commune level has increased significantly when officials and civil servants have to handle many fields simultaneously. This easily leads to overload, affecting the quality of work resolution and the efficiency of serving people. Meanwhile, the regime of benefits and allowances has not kept up with the requirements and practical pressures.

This situation raises the requirement to review and adjust the decentralization of tasks more reasonably, improve salary and allowance policies to ensure that grassroots cadres have sufficient capacity and motivation to meet management requirements in the new situation.

Leaders of the Provincial People's Committee and Quang Phu Commune People's Committee directly recorded and answered issues of concern to voters under their authority. Regarding contents related to departments and branches, representatives of unit leaders received and clarified immediately at the conference.

Macro-level opinions under the authority of the National Assembly and the Government are fully recorded by the Provincial National Assembly Delegation for synthesis and transfer to functional agencies for consideration and resolution in the near future.
