On April 29, in Thanh Hoa, Member of the Party Central Committee, Vice Chairman of the National Assembly, Senior Lieutenant General Nguyen Doan Anh and the Delegation of National Assembly Deputies (NA Deputies) of Thanh Hoa province - NA Deputy Election Team No. 6, attended the meeting with voters after the First Session, 16th National Assembly.

Voters in the communes of Hoi Xuan, Trung Ly, Van Phu, Thiet Ong, Trung Ha have reflected and proposed some practical contents related to people's lives.
Voters proposed considering and adjusting to increase the allowance level for non-specialized workers at commune, village, and hamlet levels in accordance with the actual situation and workload; researching and promulgating a specific recruitment mechanism for non-specialized workers who meet the qualifications and expertise to become commune civil servants.
At the same time, the National Assembly and the Government consider reducing the working year and social insurance contribution time for non-specialized workers from 5 years according to Decree 170/2025/ND-CP dated June 30, 2025 to 2-3 years for mountainous communes, remote areas, remote areas, and extremely difficult areas.
