Vice Chairman of the City People's Committee Ho Quang Buu signed Official Dispatch 497/UBND-STP on promoting the implementation of electronic certification of copies from the original and digitizing, exploiting, and reusing electronic result data.
The official dispatch clearly states that in the past time, the People's Committees of communes, wards, and special zones have proactively deployed electronic copie authentication services from the original (resolving 10,257 dossiers), basically meeting the needs of individuals and organizations. Ensure 100% of certified copies from the original are returned electronic copies in parallel with certified paper copies (except in cases where individuals and organizations only request electronic copies from the original, paper copies are not returned).
Thoroughly grasp that officials and civil servants strictly and correctly implement the digitization of input dossier data, return electronic version results for 100% of procedure dossiers certified with copies from the original to enrich the administrative procedure data warehouse, serving the reuse of information and electronic papers.
