In Decision No. 1376/QD-UBND, the City People's Committee established the Da Nang City Industry and Trade Promotion Center (Da Nang Industry and Trade Promotion Center) on the basis of merging the old Da Nang City Industrial and Trade Promotion Center and the Quang Nam Industrial and Trade Promotion Center. The center is a public service unit, under the management and direction of the organization and operation of the Department of Industry and Trade of Da Nang City.
The decision takes effect from September 6, 2025 and replaces Decision No. 4847/QD-UBND dated October 22, 2018 of the People's Committee of Da Nang City (old) and Decision No. 2135/QD-UBND dated July 30, 2021 of the People's Committee of Quang Nam Province.
Change the name of the Da Nang City State Legal Assistance Center to the No. 1 State Legal Assistance Center of Da Nang City in Decision No. 1370/QD-UBND. The center will operate under the new name from September 5, 2025.
Change the name of the State Legal Assistance Center of Quang Nam province to the State Legal Assistance Center No. 2 of Da Nang city in Decision No. 1371/QD-UBND. The center will operate under the new name from September 5, 2025.
In Decision No. 1375/QD-UBND, from September 6, 2025, the Center for Consulting and Supply of Population Services - Family Planning under the Department of Population of Da Nang City under the Department of Health of the city will be dissolved.
And in Decision No. 1377/QD-UBND, from September 6, 2025, Decision No. 2535/QD-UBND dated November 17, 2023 of the Chairman of the City People's Committee on regulating the functions, tasks, powers and organizational structure of the Traffic and Public Transport Light Management Center will be abolished.
