Mr. Vo Hong Hai, member of the Party Cell of Dai Phu village, Party Committee of Dai Loc commune (Da Nang city); former Party Cell Secretary, former Director of the Medical Center of Dai Loc district, Quang Nam province (old).
Mr. Bui Xuan Vinh, member of the Party Cell of Village 2, Party Committee of Dai Loc Commune; former Party Cell Secretary, former Director of the Branch of the Land Registration Office of Dai Loc District, Quang Nam Province (old).
