Improving the quality of Party institutions and organizations
At the conference to deploy the Party organization work for the 2025-2030 term, Da Nang City Party Committee Secretary Nguyen Van Quang especially noted: Digital transformation associated with administrative reform must be a top breakthrough task.
Agencies in the city's Party system need to pioneer in comprehensive digital transformation, from working processes, records, documents to leadership and management methods.
Secretary Nguyen Van Quang emphasized: "The leader must directly direct and be determined in implementing digital transformation, regularly inspect and supervise to put digital transformation into practice".
According to Mr. Quang, not only modernizing technology, more importantly, changing leadership thinking is necessary, building Party Committees of Party agencies into creative innovation centers, model core in the entire political system of the city.
In parallel with digital transformation, Mr. Quang requested to focus on improving the quality of the activities of Party Committees of key agencies such as the People's Council, the Fatherland Front, the Procuracy, the Court, etc.
These are units that play a core role in promptly and accurately institutionalizing the resolutions of the City Party Committee, especially in the context that Da Nang is operating under the model of urban government and one-level government.
Regarding the organization of the apparatus, the Secretary of the Da Nang City Party Committee requested the Party Committee for the new term to both promptly implement and learn from experience, and at the same time advise on perfecting regulations and mechanisms in accordance with the new model. This requires proactiveness, flexibility and high adaptability of the staff.
On line, scientific, and dedicated working style
One of the highlights mentioned by Mr. Nguyen Van Quang is building a team of cadres, civil servants, and party members with the qualities of integrity, dedication, and the desire to contribute.
Mr. Quang affirmed that to be worthy of being the strategic advisory agency of the City Party Committee, Party agencies must create a scientific and professional working style, taking effectiveness as a measure.
"It is necessary to focus on building and rectifying the Party, improving the capacity and fighting strength of the Party organization and the quality of the Party members," said Mr. Quang.
These are important orientations not only for the 2025-2030 term but also a guideline for the sustainable, modern and transparent development of Da Nang city in the near future.
