According to Decision No. 3999 of the Minister of Public Security on the transfer of Colonel Hoang Trong Vy - Deputy Director of Tuyen Quang Provincial Police to hold the position of Deputy Director of Lai Chau Provincial Police from June 29, 2026.
Also according to Decision No. 3448 of the Minister of Public Security on reappointing the position of Deputy Director of Lai Chau Provincial Police for Colonel Sung A Sua from June 5, 2026.
Presenting the decisions and speaking at the announcement ceremony, Colonel Bui Quyet Toan - Director of Lai Chau Provincial Police congratulated Colonel Sung A Sua and Colonel Hoang Trong Vy.
Colonel Bui Quyet Toan requested the two comrades to continue to promote their experience, capacity, strengths, and achieved results; focus on drastically directing targets and tasks in the assigned fields.
Speaking to receive the assignment, Colonel Sung A Sua promised to continue to strive to study and train, and together with the Standing Committee of the Party Committee and the Board of Directors of the Provincial Police, promote the spirit of solidarity and build a regular, elite, and modern Lai Chau Police force.
