At the ceremony, authorized by the Minister of Public Security, the leader of the Department of Organization and Personnel, Ministry of Public Security announced the content of the decision of the Minister of Public Security on the transfer of Colonel Nguyen Hong Phong - Director of Dong Nai Provincial Police to take up the position of Director of the Department of Professional Affairs of the Ministry of Public Security.
