In the afternoon of September 21, the Standing Committee of the Party Committee of Military Region 5 coordinated with the Standing Committee of the Da Nang City Party Committee to organize a conference to hand over the responsibilities and tasks of Commander of the City Military Command between Colonel Tran Huu Ich and Colonel Nguyen The Vinh.
At the conference, delegates approved the minutes of handover of responsibilities and tasks of the Commander of the City Military Command. The handover content was fully and thoroughly prepared, in accordance with regulations, ensuring inheritance and continuity in leadership, command and organization of task implementation.
