Considering the Report on the results of inspection when there are signs of violations against Mr. Nguyen Ngoc Hung, Standing Deputy Secretary of the Commune Party Committee, Secretary of the Party Committee of Party agencies under the Tu Nghia Commune Party Committee for the term 2025 - 2030, former Chairman of the People's Committee of Tu Nghia commune for the term 2021 - 2026, the Provincial Party Committee's Inspection Committee found:
Mr. Nguyen Ngoc Hung, when driving a car participating in road traffic, caused a traffic collision causing serious consequences, violating the Law on Road Traffic Order and Safety, to the extent that disciplinary action must be taken.
Considering the content, nature, severity, consequences, and causes of violations; based on Party regulations, the Provincial Party Committee's Inspection Committee decided to impose a Reprimand discipline on Mr. Nguyen Ngoc Hung.
Considering the Report on the results of self-criticism and consideration of responsibilities for: The Standing Committee of the Dak Mar Commune Party Committee; Mr. Nguyen Bao Tan, Secretary of the Party Committee, Chairman of the Commune People's Council, term 2026 - 2031; Ms. Nguyen Thi Mai Huong, Standing Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee, Chairman of the Dak Mar Commune People's Council, term 2021 - 2026; Report considering and handling disciplinary action against Ms. Tran Thi Yen, Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee, Chairman of the Dak Mar Commune People's Committee, the Provincial Party Committee's Inspection Committee found:
The Standing Committee of the Dak Mar Commune Party Committee in the process of leadership and direction, still made shortcomings in implementing the principle of democratic centralism, self-criticism and criticism, and implementing regulations on exemplary responsibility of cadres and party members; not promptly considering and resolving contents under their authority.
For the above-mentioned shortcomings to occur, the main responsibility lies with Mr. Nguyen Bao Tan, Secretary of the Commune Party Committee and Ms. Nguyen Thi Mai Huong, Standing Deputy Secretary of the Commune Party Committee.
The Provincial Party Committee's Inspection Committee requested the Standing Committee of the Dak Mar Commune Party Committee and Mr. Nguyen Bao Tan, Ms. Nguyen Thi Mai Huong to seriously self-criticize and draw deep lessons.
Regarding Ms. Tran Thi Yen, Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee, Chairwoman of the People's Committee of Dak Mar commune, there are shortcomings and violations in the implementation of the principle of democratic centralism, self-criticism and criticism, and exemplary responsibility; violating regulations on what party members are not allowed to do, working regulations, adversely affecting the prestige of the Party organization and Ms. Yen personally, to the extent that disciplinary action must be taken.
Considering the content, nature, severity, consequences, and causes of violations; based on Party regulations, the Provincial Party Committee's Inspection Committee decided to impose a Reprimand discipline on Ms. Tran Thi Yen.
