According to the decisions of the Minister of National Defense, Colonel Nguyen The Vinh - Commander of Gia Lai Provincial Military Command - was transferred and appointed to hold the position of Commander of Da Nang City Military Command.
Colonel Tran The Phan - Commander of Quang Ngai Provincial Military Command - was transferred and appointed to hold the position of Commander of Gia Lai Provincial Military Command.
The handover of positions was carried out strictly, in accordance with principles, ensuring full and comprehensive aspects of work.
Standing Deputy Secretary of Gia Lai Provincial Party Committee Rah Lan Chung acknowledged the contributions of Colonel Nguyen The Vinh during his time as Commander of the Provincial Military Command and wished Colonel Nguyen The Vinh to continue to promote his qualities, capacity, and experience in his new position.
