On July 17, at the National Military Training Center 4, Ministry of National Defense, Ministry of Public Security coordinated to conduct a general parade and parade to celebrate the 80th anniversary of the August Revolution and National Day on September 2 (1945-2025).
General Nguyen Tan Cuong - Member of the Party Central Committee, Member of the Central Military Commission, Chief of the General Staff of the Vietnam People's Army, Deputy Minister of National Defense - attended and directed the inspection and synthesis of the training.
The training session was attended by more than 15,600 officers and soldiers in two main parts: the ceremony part was led by the Ministry of National Defense and the parade and marching part of the forces. According to the Organizing Committee, this year's squad has 18 standing and 43 going blocks (including 7 female Army blocks and 2 female Police blocks demonstrating the bravery and maturity of women in the people's armed forces).
In particular, for the first time, the Army, Police and Artillery Vehicles will participate in a synthesis exercise in accordance with the official ceremony program scenario.
Speaking to encourage officers and soldiers after the training session, General Nguyen Tan Cuong emphasized: With the significance and scale of the event celebrating the 80th success of the August Revolution and the National Day of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam, in recent times, the Army and Police agencies and units have thoroughly grasped and seriously implemented, strictly organizing the training of parades and parades participating in the celebration.
After more than 1 month of focusing on training, the comrades have always clearly demonstrated their great efforts and determination to overcome many difficulties, especially in harsh weather and climate conditions, actively practicing at high intensity to aim for the goal of "correct, equal, beautiful, unified and safe"; demonstrating the regularity as well as the strength of the people's armed forces.
In particular, through recent parades and parades on the occasion of events celebrating the 50th anniversary of the Liberation of the South, national reunification, and the 70th anniversary of the Dien Bien Phu Victory, this time in the parade formation through the historic Ba Dinh Square, not only the appearance of military artillery and police special vehicles, but also the air and sea forces, demonstrating the continuous growth of the people's armed forces over the past 80 years.
"Thus, this time we have just organized parades and parades, but we have demonstrated the ever-growing power of the people's armed forces over the past 80 years under the leadership of the Communist Party of Vietnam" - General Nguyen Tan Cuong emphasized.
General Nguyen Tan Cuong commented that the forces, blocks and each comrade have made many improvements, especially in individual movements, distance of goods at the level and vertical rows; the military artillery vehicles and police special vehicles have been proficient in moving the parade formation, maintaining distance and speed... Many limitations pointed out in previous training sessions have been basically overcome.
Emphasizing that there is not much time left until the celebration, General Nguyen Tan Cuong requested the officers and soldiers to make the highest efforts to meet the expectations of the people and be worthy of the country's position.
The parade and marching subcommittees and agencies and units must direct specific lessons to each block, each row, each individual, striving for the next training sessions to have better and better results.
