The conference was attended by Mr. Do Manh Hien, Standing Deputy Secretary of the City Party Committee, Secretary of the Party Committee of the City Party Agencies, leaders of the City People's Council, the Vietnam Fatherland Front of the city, and representatives of Party committees.
At the Conference, the Decision of the Standing Committee of the Hai Phong City Party Committee on appointing 17 comrades to join the Party Executive Committee of the City Party Agencies for the 2020 - 2025 term was announced. At the same time, the Decision to appoint the Inspection Committee, Chairman, and Deputy Chairman of the Inspection Committee of the City Party Agencies Party Committee, term 2020 - 2025, including 7 individuals was announced; Mr. Dao Van Ninh, member of the City Party Committee, member of the Standing Committee of the City Party Committee of the City Party Agencies, Permanent Deputy Chairman of the City Party Committee's Inspection Committee to hold the position of Chairman of the Inspection Committee of the City Party Committee of the City Party Agencies.
The conference also announced the Decision of the Standing Committee of the Party Committee of the City Party Agencies on the establishment of grassroots organizations under the Party Committee, including: Party Committee of the City Party Committee Office; Party Committee of the City Party Committee Organization Committee; Party Committee of the City Party Committee Inspection Committee; Party Committee of the City Party Committee's Propaganda and Mass Mobilization Committee; Party Committee of To Hieu Hai Phong Political School; Party Committee of the City Press and Communications Center; Party Committee of the City People's Council; Party Committee of the City People's Court; Party Committee of the City People's Procuracy; Party Committee of the City Labor Federation; Party Committee of the City Labor Federation; Party Committee of the Hai Phong City Youth Union.
Along with that, the Decision to establish grassroots Party cells under the Party Committee was announced, including: Party Cell of the City Party Committee's Internal Affairs Committee; Party Cell of the City Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee's Committee's Office; Party Cell of the City Veterans Association's Office; Party Cell of the City Women's Union; Party Cell of the City Farmers' Association; Party Cell of the City Literature and Arts Association; Party Cell of the City Union of Science and Technology Associations; Party Cell of the City Red Cross Society; Party Cell of the City Friendship Organizations Union; Party Cell of the City Cooperative Union; Party Cell of the City Cooperative Union; Party Cell of specialized agencies advising and assisting the Party Committee consists of 10 Party members.
The Standing Committee of the City Party Committee of Party Agencies has decided to establish 4 specialized agencies to advise and assist the City Party Committee of Party Agencies, including: Organization Committee, Propaganda and Mass Mobilization Committee, Inspection Committee Agency, Party Committee Office. At the same time, appoint a full-time cadre to advise and assist the Party Committee.
Speaking at the Conference, Standing Deputy Secretary of the Hai Phong City Party Committee Do Manh Hien requested the Party Committees of the City Party Agencies to stabilize the organization of the apparatus, get to work immediately, promptly develop regulations, regulations and programs and operating plans according to the new model to ensure timeliness; continue to perfect the advisory apparatus for the Party Committee in the spirit of effectiveness and efficiency, uphold the role and responsibility of the leader, dare to do, dare to think, dare to take responsibility for the common good.
Immediately after the announcement conference, the Party Committee of the City Party Agencies held a meeting of the Standing Committee of the Party Committee, met with a team of full-time cadres, advised on work and directed a number of key and urgent internal tasks. The Party Executive Committee of the City Party Agencies held its first meeting to consider and give opinions on the draft documents, including Decisions on the organization of the apparatus, personnel work of the Party Committee; assign tasks to members of the Party Executive Committee, the Party Inspection Committee, the Work Program of the Party Committee for the 2020 - 2025 term; Regulations on functions, tasks, powers and organization of the apparatus of advisory agencies assisting the Party Committee.
