On the afternoon of October 17, Politburo member, Secretary of the Party Central Committee, Head of the Central Organizing Committee Le Minh Hung and the working delegation came to offer incense and flowers to pay tribute to the heroic martyrs at the special relic of Quang Tri Citadel, the national martyrs cemeteries of Road 9, Truong Son and release flower lanterns on Thach Han River, Quang Tri Province.
Also attending the ceremony were members of the Party Central Committee: Hoang Dang Quang, Deputy Head of the Standing Committee of the Central Organizing Committee; Le Ngoc Quang, Secretary of the Da Nang City Party Committee. On the side of Quang Tri province, there were Provincial Party Secretary Nguyen Van Phuong and comrades in the Provincial Party Standing Committee.
In a solemn atmosphere, comrade Le Minh Hung and the working delegation respectfully paid tribute and expressed their infinite gratitude and deep gratitude for the great contributions of the heroic martyrs.
After the flower offering and incense offering ceremony, the delegates respectfully lit incense sticks on each martyr's grave.
