    Appointed Mr. Nguyen Minh Toan - Member of the Provincial Party Standing Committee, Chairman of the Inspection Committee of the Yen Bai Provincial Party Committee - to hold the position of Chairman of the Inspection Committee of the Lao Cai Provincial Party Committee for the 2020 - 2025 term after the merger and consolidation.
