On the morning of November 24, Deputy Prime Minister Mai Van Chinh led a Government working delegation to inspect the construction progress of the Ho Chi Minh City Ring Road 3 project through Tay Ninh province.
Also participating in the delegation were Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee Le Van Han, Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee Nguyen Minh Lam, and leaders of departments, branches and authorities of My Yen, Luong Hoa and Ben Luc communes.
According to the report of the Long An Construction Investment Project Management Board, the section of Ring Road 3 through Tay Ninh province is 6.8 km long, including construction items and compensation and site clearance items.

Currently, the main packages are being implemented simultaneously, the construction value has reached over 87% and ensures compliance with the overall plan. The investor plans to temporarily open the expressway section on December 19, before completing the entire route and officially putting it into operation in March 2026.
At the survey, Deputy Prime Minister Mai Van Chinh acknowledged the efforts of contractors in urgent construction conditions, and highly appreciated the support of Tay Ninh province in coordination and site clearance.
The Deputy Prime Minister requested units to continue to mobilize maximum human resources and equipment, organize continuous construction to ensure the technical traffic opening milestone on December 19, welcoming the 14th National Party Congress.
On this occasion, the Deputy Prime Minister presented gifts to encourage the construction force working at the construction site.
