Mr. Nguyen Duc Dung, Standing Deputy Secretary of the Quang Nam Provincial Party Committee, presented the appointment decision to Mr. Nguyen Van Lam. According to the decision, Mr. Luom will join the Party Executive Committee, the Standing Committee of the District Party Committee and officially hold the position of Secretary of the Thang Binh District Party Committee from March 1, 2025.
Mr. Nguyen Van Luom was born in 1974, from Hiep Duc, Quang Nam. Mr. Luom has a Bachelor's degree in Law, Master's degree in Law and a Senior degree in political theory. Before his appointment, Mr. Nguyen Van Luom held many important positions such as an officer of the Hiep Duc District Party Committee's Inspection Committee, Deputy Head of the Hiep Duc District Party Committee's Organization Committee, Deputy Head of the Quang Nam Provincial Party Committee's Inspection Committee and Deputy Secretary of the District Party Committee, Chairman of the Tay Giang District People's Committee.
Speaking at the ceremony, Mr. Nguyen Duc Dung highly appreciated Mr. Nguyen Van Luom's ability and experience, and asked him to continue to practice and promote his strengths to successfully complete the tasks in his new position. Mr. Dung believes that, with his experience and courage, Mr. Luom will work with the Thang Binh District Party Committee to achieve many successes.
