According to the decision, Mr. Nguyen Van Thang - Minister of Finance was appointed to concurrently hold the position of Chairman of the Social Insurance Management Board. Mr. Nguyen Van Cuong continues to hold the position of full-time Vice Chairman of the Social Insurance Management Board.

Mr. Vu Hai San - Deputy Minister of National Defense; Mr. Tran Quoc To - Deputy Minister of Public Security; Mr. Nguyen Manh Khuong - Deputy Minister of Home Affairs; Mr. Tran Van Thuan - Deputy Minister of Health; Mr. Nguyen Ngoc Canh - Deputy Governor of the State Bank of Vietnam; Mr. Ngo Duy Hieu - Vice President of the Vietnam General Confederation of Labor; Mr. Nguyen Xuan Dinh - Vice President of the Vietnam Farmers' Association; Mr. Hoang Quang Phong - Vice President of the Vietnam Federation of Commerce and Industry; Mr. Dinh Hong Thai - Vice President of the Vietnam Cooperative Alliance; Mr. Le Hung Son - Director of Vietnam Social Insurance.
The term of appointment is 5 years. This decision takes effect from the date of signing (September 3, 2025).
