Transferring and appointing Mr. Nguyen Danh Huy to hold the position of Deputy Director of the Government Office

On the morning of September 22, Politburo Member, Standing Deputy Prime Minister Pham Gia Tuc attended the ceremony to announce the Prime Minister's Decision on the transfer and appointment of Deputy Minister of Construction Nguyen Danh Huy to hold the position of Deputy Chairman of the Government Office.

At the conference, Deputy Minister of the Government Office Nguyen Anh Tien announced Decision No. 1819/QD-TTg dated September 21, 2026 of the Prime Minister on the transfer and appointment of Mr. Nguyen Danh Huy - Deputy Minister of Construction, to hold the position of Deputy Minister of the Government Office. The decision takes effect from the date of signing.

Standing Deputy Prime Minister Pham Gia Tuc presented the decision and flowers to congratulate Mr. Nguyen Danh Huy.

Speaking to assign tasks, Standing Deputy Prime Minister Pham Gia Tuc congratulated the Government Office, the Ministry of Construction and Mr. Nguyen Danh Huy; and assessed that the transfer and rotation of leading cadres between central and local agencies is one of the contents that the Central Government is interested in in order to train and foster cadres through practice.

The Standing Deputy Prime Minister emphasized that the Government Office is a strategic, key, and confidential advisory body of the Party and State, playing an important role in advising and serving the Government and the Prime Minister in directing and administering.

In the coming time, the workload is very large, especially the requirement to complete tasks and plans for 2026 and the two-digit growth target. Therefore, the Government Office must continue to improve the quality of advice, ensure accuracy, compliance with regulations, and on schedule, and prevent errors.

At the ceremony, the new Deputy Chairman of the Government Office Nguyen Danh Huy affirmed that he will always be receptive to learning, dedicated, responsible and honest in performing official duties; constantly cultivate moral qualities, maintain political bravery, and adhere to the principle of democratic centralism and the working regulations of the Government and the Government Office.

Thereby striving to best complete the tasks assigned by the Minister and Chairman; together with the entire leadership of the Government Office, promote the tradition of solidarity, unity, proactiveness, and creativity in general advisory work, "dare to think, dare to do, dare to take responsibility" for the common good.
