On September 18, Politburo Member, Prime Minister Le Minh Hung signed decisions approving the results of the election and dismissal of the position of Vice Chairman of Tay Ninh Provincial People's Committee for the 2026-2031 term.
In Decision No. 1800/QD-TTg, the Prime Minister approved the election results for the position of Vice Chairman of Tay Ninh Provincial People's Committee for the 2026-2031 term for Mr. Truong Thanh Liem - Member of the Provincial Party Committee Executive Committee, Head of the Economic Zone Management Board of Tay Ninh province.
Mr. Truong Thanh Liem was born on January 18, 1976, from Phuoc Tan Hung commune, Chau Thanh district, Long An province (now Tam Vu commune, Tay Ninh province).
He has many years of working experience in the field of natural resources and environment, having held the positions of Vice Chairman of Tan Tru District People's Committee, Deputy Director of Department of Natural Resources and Environment, Secretary of the District Party Committee, Chairman of Tan Tru District People's Committee and Secretary of Can Giuoc District Party Committee.
From July 2025 to before being elected, he was a Provincial Party Committee member, Secretary of the Party Committee, Head of the Economic Zone Management Board of Tay Ninh province.
In Decision No. 1799/QD-TTg, the Prime Minister approved the election results for the position of Vice Chairman of Tay Ninh Provincial People's Committee for the term 2026-2031 for Ms. Nguyen Dai Thy - Member of the Provincial Party Committee Standing Committee, Standing Vice Chairman of Tay Ninh Provincial People's Council for the term 2026-2031.
Ms. Nguyen Dai Thy was born on June 24, 1973, from Long Hoa ward, Tay Ninh province; holds a university degree in Political Education, Master of Public Management, Senior in Political Theory.
She has many years of working in the field of Party building organization and state management, having held the positions of Vice Chairman of Hoa Thanh District People's Committee, Deputy Head of the Provincial Party Committee's Organization Committee, Secretary of Hoa Thanh District Party Committee, Director of the Department of Home Affairs. From July 2021, she held the position of Vice Chairman of Tay Ninh Provincial People's Council; from March 2025, she is Standing Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Council.
Before being elected as Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee, she was a member of the Standing Committee of the Provincial Party Committee, Secretary of the Party Committee, Standing Vice Chairman of the People's Council of Tay Ninh province.
In Decision No. 1798/QD-TTg, the Prime Minister approved the results of dismissal from the position of Vice Chairman of Tay Ninh Provincial People's Committee for the 2026-2031 term for Mr. Nguyen Hong Thanh.
At the 6th Session (specialized session), the 11th Tay Ninh Provincial People's Council elected Mr. Nguyen Hong Thanh, Member of the Standing Committee of the Provincial Party Committee, Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee to hold the position of Chairman of the 11th Tay Ninh Provincial People's Council, term 2026-2031.
