Towards the important event of the country, Trinh Tuong commune, Lao Cai province has launched many practical emulation movements, in which, focusing on completing traffic projects, domestic water, and improving living conditions for the people.

Sending full faith in the Congress, the Party Committee, government and people expect the Party's major policies to help the border region complete its mission: to keep the border, keep the people, keep the forests, keep the country, and keep the environment.
Mr. Nguyen The Tai - Secretary of the Party Committee of Trinh Tuong commune shared: "We hope that after the Congress, the State will continue to have preferential mechanisms and policies for ethnic minorities and mountainous areas, especially border communes.


In Ta Xi Lang commune - a difficult area of Lao Cai province, in 2025, it was heavily affected by the circulation of storm No. 10 (Bualoi). Natural disasters caused landslides in houses of some households, damaging traffic roads and irrigation works.



However, with the drastic and synchronous direction of the Party Committee and local authorities in implementing tasks and solutions, people's lives and production quickly stabilized; socio-economic development continued to be concerned. Thanks to that, the commune has reduced the number of poor households by 10% compared to the previous year.
Welcoming the 14th Party Congress, on the main roads, the commune center, at cultural houses, schools and many households in the highland villages of Ta Xi Lang, national flags, Party flags and red flags fluttered brilliantly.
Amidst the cold fog of the border region's winter, the red color becomes even more prominent, contributing to creating a vibrant and united atmosphere, towards the country's important political event.


Mr. Giang No Ho, a prestigious person in Xa Nhu village, Ta Xi Lang commune, expressed: "In the past, our village was still poor and backward, but thanks to the leadership of the Party, the houses have become more spacious and cleaner.
The people in the village are very grateful to the Party and always well comply with the policies and laws of the State".
