The Deputy Prime Minister requested serious and effective implementation, ensuring the best service to the needs of the people during the prolongation of the National Achievement Exhibition.

The Government Office has just issued Notice No. 469/TB-VPCP dated September 9, 2025, concluding the conclusion of Deputy Prime Minister Mai Van Chinh at the meeting on extending the time of the National Achievement Exhibition on the occasion of the 80th Anniversary of National Day and preparing to summarize and close the exhibition.

The announcement stated that Deputy Prime Minister Mai Van Chinh acknowledged and commended the efforts of ministries, branches, localities, enterprises and related units in organizing the National Achievement Exhibition on the occasion of the 80th Anniversary of National Day.

To meet the needs and aspirations of the majority of people about visiting and experiencing activities at the exhibition, based on the proposal of the Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism, the Prime Minister decided to extend the exhibition period until September 15, 2025 at Official Dispatch No. 155 dated September 2, 2025.

The Deputy Prime Minister requested ministries, branches, localities, agencies, units, organizations and enterprises to thoroughly grasp and implement them seriously and effectively, ensuring the best service to the needs of the people for a long time; in which, it is important to focus on implementing a number of tasks well.

The Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism shall preside over and closely coordinate with relevant ministries, branches and localities to continue implementing necessary tasks to maintain exhibition activities for a long period of time, focusing on the following key contents: Continue to maintain exhibition activities with quality, efficiency and safety, creating the most favorable conditions for people and visitors;

Direct and urge units to have plans to change shifts, rotate, and add personnel to ensure health, spirit, and service quality, avoiding overload and fatigue that affect the overall image of the exhibition;

Regularly maintain art programs (average 2 days/session) and other cultural and interactive activities to keep the exhibition space lively, attractive, serving visitors and the public.

The Ministry of Finance shall preside over and coordinate with the Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism to urgently guide ministries, branches and localities on arising funds according to the following principles: negotiate with leasing units and service providers to minimize costs for renting premises, equipment, materials, labor and other related costs;

Units proactively balance and prioritize the use of budget estimates assigned since the beginning of the year and other legal funding sources.

Based on the summary report of the Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism on the remaining funding after the units have balanced, the Ministry of Finance submits to the Prime Minister for consideration and support from the central budget according to regulations.

The Subcommittees of Security, Health, Logistics and related functional forces focus on maintaining full operations, serving visitors and people well until the end of the exhibition, ensuring absolute security, safety, fire prevention, environmental sanitation and promptly handling arising situations; mobilizing and supplementing youth volunteers to support the Organizing Committee for a long time.
