Unique space, intersecting tradition and modernity
The Hanoi Traditional and Creative Space 2025 was organized by the Hanoi People's Committee under the direction of the Department of Industry and Trade to honor cultural and heritage values, while affirming the aspiration for innovation of the capital in the integration period. With 6 main exhibition areas, the space brings the public a comprehensive picture of Hanoi's development journey from the past to the present and towards the future.
"Hanoi Son Of red blood" is a place to display unique handicraft products such as ceramics, lacquer, men's khmer, rattan and bamboo. Each work not only reflects the ingenuity and creativity of artisans but also contains cultural depth and a thousand-year-old identity. The space is highlighted by the image of Chua Mot Cot, Khue Van Cua, reminiscent of the origin of culture.
"The quintessence of craft towns" introduces famous craft villages in Hanoi, where artisans directly perform and share stories about the craft. This is an opportunity for the public to better understand the perseverance in preserving and promoting the quintessence of our ancestors.
Pioneering technology displays high-tech products, artificial intelligence solutions, digital transformation to serve urban life. This area shows the aspiration to turn Hanoi into a center for creativity and technological innovation, accompanying the global development trend.
"Hanoi gift" brings visitors with its typical culinary flavors: Vong village green rice, Uoc Le pig, dried apricot, lotus sweet soup, Bach Diep lotus tea. Not only a dish, it is also a memory, the soul of the thousand-year-old capital.
"Cultural Source" recreates traditional cultural experiences such as writing calligraphy, making hats, and making tofu. The image of Thanh Giong and symbols such as Quan Chuong Gate and Dong Xuan Market are recreated, reminding the public about national pride.
"The Village in the Street" recreates the image of the Northern countryside in the heart of the modern city with communal house yard, mossy tiled roof, bonsai art landscape trees and a space for performing folk arts such as Cheo, ca Tru, Tuong, ao dai.

With a harmonious combination, the Hanoi Traditional and Creative Space 2025 depicts the image of a Hanoi that both preserves tradition and is eager for innovation, ready for international integration.
The representative of the Hanoi Department of Industry and Trade said: The space was built with the goal of promoting cultural achievements, tourism, and creative industries - key areas associated with the economic development of the capital. This is also an opportunity for Hanoi to introduce to domestic and international friends a new look: rich in identity, dynamic, and creative.
According to the leader of the Department of Industry and Trade, the special thing about Space lies in the intersection between the past and the present. While handicraft products, craft villages and cuisine affirm traditional identity, the technology and innovation exhibition areas show the strength and aspiration of the capital in the era of the 4.0 industrial revolution. This combination is the key for Hanoi to develop sustainably, both preserving heritage and promoting a creative economy, attracting investment and tourists.
