At the Conference, the Provincial Party Standing Committee announced the Decision on rotation and appointment of cadres to hold the position of Secretary of Tuy Phong District Party Committee, term 2020 - 2025, for Mr. Tran Sinh Toan - Director of the Department of Labor - Invalids and Social Affairs of Binh Thuan province.
Also at the Conference, the Retirement Decision was announced for Mr. Nguyen Dan, Provincial Party Committee Member, Secretary of Tuy Phong District Party Committee, officially retiring from October 10, 2024. Mr. Nguyen Dan has 37 years and 7 months of working in the positions.

Mr. Tran Sinh Toan worked for Binh Thuan Provincial Youth Union and held leadership positions at the unit, holding the position of Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Youth Union, then Deputy Director and Director of the Department of Labor - Invalids and Social Affairs of the province.
