    Ha Giang - With 100% of votes in agreement, Ms. Vuong Ngoc Ha - Head of the Provincial Party Committee's Propaganda Department was elected to the additional position of Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee for the 18th term.

    The 20th session of the 18th term Ha Giang Provincial People's Council recently held a meeting to discuss personnel work.

    At the meeting, Mr. Hoang Gia Long - Permanent Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee presented a Proposal on the proposal to elect an additional position of Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee, term XVIII, term 2021-2026 for Ms. Vuong Ngoc Ha - Head of the Provincial Party Committee's Propaganda Department. The delegates of the Provincial People's Council conducted a secret ballot. As a result, 100% of the delegates attending the meeting agreed.

    Ms. Vuong Ngoc Ha, La Chi ethnic group, born in 1977, from Hoang Su Phi district, Ha Giang province.

    Ms. Ha has a political theory qualification: Senior, professional qualification: Doctor of Law.

    Before holding the position of Head of the Provincial Party Committee's Propaganda Department, Ms. Ha held the following positions: Deputy Head of the 14th Provincial National Assembly Delegation, Secretary of Meo Vac District Party Committee.
